This plan tries to reduce the supporting women's problems by giving them support and increase their ability to defend themselves and carry on in the society. Safaye Say is a plan which considers supporting women every year in groups of seven (as a symbol of seven times running of Hajar) and follow up their situation until complete enforcement.

The plan's goals and necessities:

  Applying the available social potentials in the Muslim society in order to improve women's situations

Make more attention towards the deprived women and their problems among the rich women who do the Hajj every year

Establishment of an influential relationship between the religious ceremonies and social procedures

Performing suitable relationship between the pilgrim groups and the single mothers by means of establishing aid groups from Hajjis

Causing social support and more trust for supporting women who unfortunately [don't receive] insurance, civil rights and support from the governmental due organizations.

Education for supporting women for more self knowledge and their abilities and facilities

Creating job opportunities for supporting women

Making social communities from the single mothers for social activities

Holding professional educational free courses in arts and occupational fields in the supported areas

Applying the in-use and luxury expenses of Hajjis for the deprived children of the single mothers
