The Bookless Children are innocent and blameless children, who are deprived of a right which other children easily enjoy, for the crime of being born in a poor and unaware family. And with regard to the issue that these children mostly live in crime stricken and difficult areas of the cities, the likelihood of them being pulled into the chasm of different abstruse things is much higher than other children. Therefore, the attendance of these children within educational institutes must be followed up with much more effort.
